The AllenCo team was incredibly accommodating from our initial telephone conversation. They took the time to visit the site numerous times and consistently maintained a positive attitude. We were excited to finally find the team that we could collaborate with, sadly the structure we hoped to restore and extend was beyond repair, so unfortunately for us, we didn’t get the opportunity to work with this brilliant team.

We just had our house underpinned by AllenCo and his team. We chose them to help us for this project because we felt comfortable with Cody and Mark at our first meeting. They didn't disappoint us. They are very easy to communicate. The team who came to work is very professional, polite, punctual and work efficiently and quietly, very considerate that we were still living in the house. They met our demands with the Covid condition. All the promises were delivered without fuss. The job was finished on time as planned. We cannot fault them. Special thanks to Mark for going out of his way to help. He is a legend! We fully recommend AllenCo. Hope they will continue with their high standard of performance.

Thank you Cody and the team for completing an underpinning job at my investment property. I knew nothing about what the work involved but Cody took the time to explain this to me. He also encouraged me to visit the site whilst the work was being completed so I could see the process myself. Also, given the level of work, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the gardens looked once the team had finished their work. I think they left it looking better than when they got there! Highly recommended :)

We met with Cody to inspect a site with some perceived structural issues. He was efficient but thorough and gave incredible advice to us well beyond what was required for the consultation. He really put my family first and gave honest advice that showed me he was a true stickler for quality and transparency, not just a quick buck. I would highly recommend anyone consult Cody should they have any structural issues or renovations and need an honest expert to advise. Thank you Cody!

AllenCo traveled to Port Lincoln to complete structural repairs to the foundations of our old house. Mark and his team were very professional and carried out an amazing job, we are very happy clients and would not hesitate to recommend this family business. I was able to work together with them in designing a palace fit for a king. It first started off with retrofit of kitchen, bathroom and walls, with recommendations they made they made a fantastic studio apartment which I am proud of. Cody was able to give me recommendations which I will appreciate for life. Things like walk in sensors, master switch for switching off all appliances, outside lighting and landscaping ideas. We were able to put our minds together to create a project which is valued for life. They were able to adapt to accommodate with customers’ requirements and deliver on the end product on time. The staff were great to get along with. Electrician, Builder, apprentice and employees were all easy going. What ever your needs are, these are the guys to rely on. I imagine if they need to bring someone in to meet your needs and finish your project on time, they will do what they need and manage it. Next project our Laundry 😊 see you soon Allenco construction

Cody was very thorough and careful to explain everything during his initial visit to quote for underpinning at our house. When his workmen arrived to begin on the first day I was impressed that they all took time to introduce themselves to me and answer any questions. The team varied across the time of the works, but they always kept us updated on what was happening. They were neat and tidy and made sure everything was tidy and safe at the end of the day. They consulted with us and took care with our gardens and lawns. Cam, Liam, Kyle, Mark, Jersey, Leo and the others were a delight to have doing the work and I would highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Allenco. I own St Canice Catholic Church in Snowtown, which I purchased two years ago, and unfortunately the building required significant underpinning due to major cracks opening up in the brickwork. From start to finish, the team at Allenco were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Underpinning a historic building is no small task, but they approached the job with care, precision, and clear communication throughout the entire process. Their workmanship and attention to detail gave me real confidence that the structure is now secure for the long term. I truly appreciate the quality of their work and would highly recommend Allenco to anyone needing structural or underpinning services. A very professional outfit and well deserving of 5 stars.
